No Show Policy – Customers will be billed for a No Show

Airport Pick Up Procedure
• Palm Beach Airport- Passengers will be met at the Bottom of the Escalator on the Way to Baggage Claim.   The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger's name.

• Ft. Lauderdale Airport – Passengers will be met at the  Bottom of the Escalator on the Way to Baggage Claim.  The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger's name.

• Miami Airport – Domestic Flights- Passengers will be met at the Baggage Claim Carousel for their flight. The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger's name.

• Miami Airport- International Flights- Passengers will be met outside the Customs Area for their flight. The driver will be holding a H&S Sign with the passenger's names. 

Seaport Pick Up Procedure
• Passengers will be met on the dock of their ship with a sign with the passenger's name or curbside arrangements can be made too.  Specific arrangements will be finalized with the driver at drop off.
